Surpass Serials helps you manage your periodicals by
cataloging subscriptions, alerting you when issues
are due to arrive, marking them received upon
arrival, printing reader routing lists if needed,
generating claim notices to notify venders of issues
that don't arrive, and creating MARC records for
your circulation system.
Serials can even
track vendor performance to find out which vendors
do a good job at getting your issues to you on time
and which ones don't! You'll find that Serials lets
you generate a variety of reports to help with all
of these tasks and more.
Serials not only manages subscriptions but also
manages each and every issue of every
subscription. If an issue is a day late, you'll know
about it! Do you have a group of people who like to
read certain magazines? Serials can automatically
create a routing list for you when new issues
arrive.
