Surpass Hosting Service is currenly operating normally.

Issue Resolved: Wednesday, January 25th.  A licensing error may have prevented users from connecting to the service or may have temporarily disconnected users between 8:23am and 8:25am EST.

TIP: Surpass Server-Down program allows you to circulate materials during times that you cannot login to the hosting service including times when your Internet service is down.  We suggest keeping a copy of Server-Down on a flash drive for quick access.  It can run directly from the flash drive, with no need to be installed to your PC.  You can find Server-Down on http://www.SurpassSupport.com.  Special instructions for using it with the hosting service can be found in the hosting articles on the support site (see left menu of the support site).
